CellShoppe provides a wide range of fix services including screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port fixes, water damage recovery, microphone and speaker repairs, camera lens replacement, Face ID and fingerprint sensor fix, and software diagnostics. Whether you own an iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, or another brand, we have you covered.

Most standard fixes, such as screen or battery replacements, are completed the same day—often within an hour or two depending on the workload. More complex fixes like motherboard or water damage treatment may require additional time. We always strive to get your device back to you as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.

We service all major smartphone brands including Apple, Samsung, Google, LG, Motorola, OnePlus, and Huawei. We also fix tablets and select laptops. If you’re unsure whether we support your device, just give us a call.

Warranty and Guarantees

Yes! At CellShoppe, we stand behind our work. All fixes come with a 90-day limited warranty that covers any defects in parts or workmanship related to the original fix. This ensures peace of mind and protects your investment.

Our warranty covers parts and labor related to the specific issue we fixed. For example, if we replaced your screen and it malfunctions without external damage, we’ll fix it at no cost.

The warranty does not cover any new physical or water damage, user-inflicted issues, software-related errors unrelated to the fix, or tampering by another party after our service. Water-damaged devices have no warranty due to the unpredictability of internal corrosion.

Data and Privacy

We take customer privacy very seriously. Our technicians are trained to handle your device professionally and will not access your personal data. However, we strongly recommend backing up your data before fix, as certain fixes may require a factory reset or could risk data loss.

Yes, we advise customers to remove their SIM and SD cards to protect personal information and avoid misplacement. If you forget, don’t worry—we’ll remind you upon drop-off.

Policies and Terms

Devices not collected within 30 days of notification will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or recycled in accordance with Alberta law. We attempt to contact customers multiple times before taking any action.

Unfortunately, once a device is opened for fix, its original waterproof rating cannot be guaranteed. We take every precaution to reseal the device, but waterproofing cannot be restored to factory standards.

Some manufacturers may void the warranty after third-party fix. Please review your warranty terms before proceeding. That said, our services offer a cost-effective alternative to manufacturer fixes, often with shorter turnaround times.
